DeKalb Counties Alabama, the 13,633 acre Little River Canyon
National Preserve is situated atop Lookout Mountain in northeast
Alabama. Offering waterfalls, canyon rims, bluffs, and among the
cleanest and wildest waterways in the South, the Little River.
Little River Canyon National Preserve offers a large variety of
recreational opportunities including hiking, mountain biking,
horseback riding, 4WD riding, primitive camping and hunting.
Little River Canyon National Preserve is located along Highway
35 near Fort Payne Alabama.
