Located within
Baxter and
Marion Counties Arkansas, the 732 acre Bull Shoals-White
River State Park is situated along a portion of Arkansas'
largest lake, the 45,440 Bull Shoals Lake, as well as the White
River. In addition to the recreational opportunities offered by
the river and lake, including some of the country's best fishing
and boating, Bull Shoals-White River State Park offers a large
variety of other amenities and recreational opportunities
including,
camping,
hiking,
mountain biking, Visitor's center, exhibit hall and
observation tower.
To reach Bull Shoals-White River State Park from Mountain Home
Arkansas, travel north along AR 5 for 4 miles to AR 178 and turn
west. Continue along AR 178 for 8 miles.
