Buckhorn to Cooper Canyon and Littlerock

and horseback riding, the 2.2 mile (one way) Buckhorn to Cooper
Canyon and Littlerock Creek is rated moderate. Beginning at Buckhorn
Campground, the trails descends through the forest to travel along
Buckhorn Creek for a while before forking at Cooper Canyon at around the
2 mile mark.
- Left Fork: Travels through Cooper Canyon to Cooper Campground
(1.2 miles) and 1.75 miles up a dirt fire road to Angeles Crest
Highway at Cloudburst Summit. From this point you may travel back to
your vehicle by traveling 2 miles down the highway.

- Right Fork: Travels down through Cooper Canyon, past Cooper
Falls, to Littlerock Creek and another junction (0.3 mile).
Angeles National Forest is located mainly within
Los Angeles County California, with small portions extending into
San Bernardino and
Ventura
Counties.
