Club 4x4 Upstate SC
Club 4x4 Upstate SC was started in 2009 by a small group of individuals, whose main hobby was jeepin, wheeling, mudding, and crawling. These individuals helped each other build and repair, spotted for one another, winched each other out of tight spots, and were also good friends. Soon meetings were being conducted in random parking lots and trips were planned months in advance. Before they knew it, the club had grown and prospered right before their eyes. The club takes pride in its tight friendships and family-like atmosphere. There is and always will be a helping hand no matter the situation. Our main motto is “NEVER LEAVE ANOTHER RIG STRANDED” and this is something we live and ride by at all times.

East Coast Trail Riders
Our organization was started on October 26, 2004. It first started with wanting to have a small 4 wheel drive club in the Eastern SC area. By the end of January 2005 the club had grown to more than  three states and we had realized that the need for a place to wheel was becoming a more important issue. I know there are great places to go like Tellico , uwharrie, and Windrock but nowhere close to go wheeling for the day. We decided the best way to achieve this goal was to purchase or lease land and build Different types of courses and trails to fulfill the needs of the offroaders.( Rock Gardens, Washouts, Mud Pits, Camping areas) Not only could wheelers go and play for the day, clubs could also use it for meetings and events. After several meetings, BEHOLD, EAST COAST TRAIL RIDERS was BORN.(February 2005).
We now have 3 tracts of land ( 2 in Sc , 1 in TN. ) and have been working on the first 4x4 Playground in eastern Sc. We plan to continue building the playgrounds throughout SC, NC much more. We are just working to give you guys a place to play every now and then these organizations work to keep trails for public use open and that's always worth fighting for.
