Rio Grande National Forest
Located adjacent to a meadow and above Trujillo
Meadows Reservoir, the 48 site Trujillo Meadows Campground is composed
of 2 sections, Upper & Lower. Sites 34-39 are in an inner loop which
are RV friendly. An observation platform is available across from
sites 40 & 41 which offers views of a waterfall.
To reach Trujillo Meadows Campground from Antonito
Colorado travel south along US 285 for 0.3 to CO 17. Continue straight
onto CO 17 and travel 35.2 miles to Trujillo Meadows Reservoir sign.
Turn right at sign and travel 0.1 miles to the "T" intersection and
campground sign (FR 118). Turn right onto FR 118 and travel 2.1 miles
to campground on right.
