Bowen Pass Trail #1136

Routt National Forest

Available for hiking, biking, and horseback riding, the 0.8 mile Bowen Pass Trail branches off the Never Summer trail and offers little to no water.

To reach Bowen Pass Trail travel along CR 21 north from Highway 125 just south of Rand Colorado to the forest boundary and FR 740. Continue east along FR 750 along the Illinois River to the Illinois River Trailhead, 0.25 miles from the end of the road. Bowen Pass Trail branches off Never Summer Trail as it reaches Farview Mountain.
