Florida Campground

Located within the Columbine Ranger District of
San Juan National Forest on the north end of Lemon Reservoir,
Florida Campground offers 20 sites with a maximum spur length of 35'.
Potable water (in season), trash pickup (in season), vault toilets,
tables, and fireplaces are available.
Florida Campground receives low use. Colorado Blue Spruce, Douglas
fir and aspen dominate the area. Tent campers can find some shaded
spots near the river.

Located at an elevation of 8,500', Florida Campground is located 4
miles north of Miller Creek Campground.
To reach Florida Campground from Bayfield Colorado, travel 9 miles
north along CR 501, then 3 miles northwest along CR 240 to CR 243.
Continue north along CR 243 for 6 miles to the campground entrance.
