Located within the Canyon Lakes Ranger District, the 29 site Kelly Flats Campground offers vault toilets, fire grates, picnic tables and drinking water.

To reach Kelly Flats Campground travel 10 miles north of Fort Collins along Highway 287 and turn left onto Highway 14 (Poudre Canyon Highway). Travel west along Highway 14 for about 22 miles.
