White River National Forest
Available for both hiking & mountain biking,
the 2.8 mile Mayflower Gulch Trail begins from the parking area by
following an old mining road. About a mile from the trailhead mining ruins
are reached, after which the ruin of a mining cabin.
To reach Mayflower Gulch Trail from I-70 take exit 195,
Copper Mountain/Leadville and travel 5.8 miles along Highway 91 toward
Leadville Colorado to the parking area and trailhead on the left side of
the road.
