Fravert Basin Trail #1974

White River National Forest

Following the north fork of the Crystal until going over Frigid Air Pass, the 8 mile Fravert Basin Trail pass a 25' waterfall about a mile east of Hasley Basin.

Fravert Basin Trail begins at the same spot as Geneva Lake Trail, and can be part of a loop trail connection West Maroon Pass and Snowmass Lake.

To reach Fravert Basin Trail from Marble Colorado, travel east along Marble Road, past Beaver Lake. The road begins heading uphill passing over shale rock. About 1 mile out of Marble, there is a fork in the road, take the left fork. This road leads to the trailhead in Lead King Basin. The road form Marble is 4WD.
