River National Forest
Available for Hiking, and Horseback Riding, 4WD,
ATV and Motorcycle, the 11.7 mile Deadhorse-Long Park Loop
travels up a steep south facing slope following switchbacks from it's west
entrance. After about 2 miles the road enters Long Park, then divides with
the west fork traveling down Long Park Creek and ends at Trough Gulch. The
north fork travels up Long Park Creek to the divide between White River &
Williams Fork drainages. After about 3 miles the trail drops back into the
White River drainage.
