White River National Forest
Available for Hiking, and Horseback Riding,
the 0.6 mile Spring Cave Trail starts out crossing the South Fork of the
White River by foot bridge. Spring Cave Trail makes several switchbacks
before leveling the last 1/8 mile to the cave.
To reach Cliff Lake Trail from Meeker Colorado, travel east along CO 13
for a mile and turn east onto CR 8. Continue along CR 8 for 18 miles and
turn south onto CR 10 and continue for 2 miles, jog north for 0.25 mile,
then east for 10 miles to the
South Fork Campground and the trailhead.
