Available for hiking and horseback
riding, the 15.7 mile East Fork Trail travels along the north side of
Stillwater Reservoir and travels to the Flat Tops Wilderness Boundary at 1
mile. Passing Little Causeway Lake at 1.6 miles, East Fork Trail then
climbs to Bear River/E. Fork of the Williams Fork watersheds divide at
mile 2.3 mile. Descending quickly to Causeway Lake at mile 5.7, East Fork
Trail continues to Round Lake at 7 miles before ending at Pyramid Guard
Station at mile 15.7. |

East Fork Trail offers 2 access points:
- Travel west from Yampa Colorado along CR7 to FR 900 and continue 15
miles to the trailhead at Stillwater Reservoir.
- Follow CR 17 north, 132 west to Forest Highway 16 to Pyramid Guard
Station, 18 miles.
