White River National Forest
Widely regarded as one of the easier "14'ers" to summit,
the 3.11 mile Quandary Peak Trail travels (as the name would indicate) to
the summit of Quandary Peak where great views of the Tenmile and Gore
Ranges are available to the north. Looking to the east Grays Peak
(14,270') and Torreys Peak (14,267') are visible, while to the south is a
fantastic view of the South Park Ranger District. Mount of the Holy Cross
(14,005) is visible to the west. |
