Tipperary Lake Trail #61/60

Available for hiking, and mountain biking
(up to the Wilderness Boundary), the 4.4 mile Tipperary Lake Trail is
rated Moderate and receive heavy use. Tipperary Lake Trail is accessed by
traveling 2.8 along Eaglesmere Lakes
Trail
to it's intersection with Gore Range Trail. Turn south at this
intersection and continue 1.45 miles to the intersection with Tipperary
Lake Trail. Turn left (north) and travel along Tipperary Lake Trail for
0.1 mile to Tipperary Lake. |

To reach Tipperary Lake Trail from
I-70, take exit 205 for Silverthorne/Dillon and travel 16.7 miles north
along Highway 9. Jut after mile marker 118 turn left onto CR 30 toward the
town of Heeney Colorado. Continue along CR 30 for 5.3 miles and turn left
onto Cataract Creek Road (FR 1725). Travel 2.16 miles along FR 1725 and turn
right onto FR 1726. Parking is located at the end of FR 1726, about 0.39
miles. |
