Akaka Falls State Park, Hawaii State Parks

Home to the 442' Akaka Falls and the 100' cascading Kahuna Falls, the 65.4 acre Akaka Falls State Park is located at the end of Akaka Falls Road (Highway 220), 3.6 miles southwest of Honomu (about 15 miles north of Hilo).

The falls at Akaka Falls State Park are accessed via a 0.4 mile loop trail (Circle Route). Several view points are available along the trail.
