Wailuku River State Park
Home to Rainbow Falls, the 16 acre Wailuku River Park is located a short distance from downtown Hilo Hawaii in Hawaii County. Also located within Wailuku River State Park is Boiling Pots which is a succession of big pools connected by underground flows or cascades whose waters roll and bubble which gives the appearance of boiling. In addition to Rainbow Falls & Boiling Pots, Wailuku River State Park is also home to Peepee Falls.
Wailuku River State Park is located off Waianuenue Avenue. Boiling Pots Area is at the end of Pe'epe'e Falls Drive. Rainbow Falls Area is on Rainbow Drive.
