Hawaii loa Ridge Trail

Following the ridge up to the summit of Ko'olau's, the 3.5 mile Hawaii'loa
Ridge Trail offers opportunities to view native plants and great views of
the Leeward side of Oahu. Some sections of the trail are steep and may be
difficult. To reach Hawaii loa Ridge Trail from Honolulu, travel east
along Kalanianaole Highway and turn left onto Pu'u'ikea Drive for about
1.5 miles past the guard station to the parking area.
