Kaunala Trail

Available for both hiking and biking, the 2.5 mile Kaunala
Trail begins at the end of Pupukea Road near Waimea Bay on the North Shore
of Oahu.
To reach Kaunala Trail from Honolulu, travel west along the H-1 to exit
H-3 toward Kaneohe. Travel along Kahekili Highway toward the North Shore.
Kahekili becomes Kamehameha Highway. Continue along Kamehameha Highway to
Pupukea Road on the left. Travel along Pupukea Road to it's end and park.
