Maunawili Trail & Access Road
Available for hiking, biking and horseback riding, the 10 mile Maunawili Trail & Access Road is a good family trail which offers great views as it travels along the base of the Koolau Mountain Range. To reach Maunawili Trail & Access Road, travel along Pali Highway towards Kailua. After reaching the tunnels, a hairpin turn is reached, after which a Scenic Overlook sign with a parking area. The trailhead is next to the parking area.
