Graveyard Fields Trail

| Popular with families, the 3.2 mile
Graveyard Fields Trail is rated easy. Beginning to the right of the
map at the parking area, Graveyard Fields Trail travels to a bridge
crossing, where the main trail continues left and upstream. To the
right is a 0.25 mile trail which travels to the bottom of Lower
Falls. Graveyard Fields Trail travels on through open grassy areas
and past pools for wading. After 1 mile Graveyard Fields Trail
intersects with a trail to the Upper
Falls, with the main trail continuing on to cross the Yellow Stone
Prong before returning to the parking lot. |

Graveyard Fields Trail begins at the Graveyard Fields Overlook along the
Blue Ridge Parkway.
From US 276's junction with the Parkway, turn left (south) and travel
6 miles to milepost 418.8.
