Located within Cliffside Lake Recreation Area, the 0.75 mile Cliffside Loop travels through the campground and crosses over the dam and beach area as it travels around the lake. To reach Cliffside Lake Recreation Area from Highlands North Carolina, travel along US 64W for 4 miles and turn right at the sign.
