Cook's Wall Trail
Located within Hanging Rock State Park, the 2.2 mile Cook's Wall Trail is rated moderate and begins at the edge of the woods behind the bathhouse. Hanging Rock State Park may be reached from I-40 by taking US 52 north to exit 122 onto RJR Moore Road. Turn left at the top of the ramp and continue for 17 miles following the signs for Hanging Rock State Park.
