Stokes County North Carolina Hiking Trails

Upper Cascades Trail
Located within Hanging Rock State Park, the 0.2 mile Upper Cascades Trail is rated easy as it travels from the Visitor's Center parking lot to an observation deck above Upper Cascades Trail.

Hanging Rock State Park may be reached from I-40 by taking US 52 north to exit 122 onto RJR Moore Road. Turn left at the top of the ramp and continue for 17 miles following the signs for Hanging Rock State Park.
