Monongalia County West Virginia Hiking Trails

Virgin Hemlock Trail
Located within Coopers Rock State Forest, the 1.2 mile Virgin Hemlock Trail travels from WV 73 to a large Hemlock grove which is over 300 years old.

Coopers Rock State Forest is located 8 miles west of Bruceton Mills West Virginia and 13 miles east of Morgantown, and may be reached from I-68, exit 15.
