North Rim Trail

Located within
Tallulah Gorge State Park, the 0.75 mile North Rim Trail is accessed
behind the Interpretive Center and is rated moderate. Offering some inclines
and stairs, North Rim Trail features 5 scenic overlooks:
- Best southern view into the gorge. Oceana Falls is below,
with Bridal Veil Falls at the far end of the gorge. George
depth 750'.
- View of L'Eau d'Or Falls, top of Tempesta Falls, and
Hawthorne Cascade and pool. Gorge depth is 350'.

- View of L'Eau d'Or Falls, Hawthorne Pool, and the ramains of a
water compressor plant used in building Tallulah Falls Dam.
- View of Tallulah Falls Dam and upper portions of the gorge.
- View of upper gorge and southern view to Hawthorne Pool and
Overlooks 2 & 3. Gorge depth is 250'.
Tallulah Gorge State Park is located along US 441 within the city
limits of Tallulah Falls Georgia.
