Allegany County Maryland Hiking Trails

Billmeyer WMA Trails

Belle Grove Wildlife Management Area

Several trails and old logging roads are available for hiking within Billmeyer Wildlife Management Area. These trails are maintained, but not actively marked.

To reach Billmeyer WMA from I-68, take the Orleans Road exit and travel north to Scenic Route 40. Turn left and travel over Town Hill Mountain. Turn left at the bottom of the mountain onto Mountain Road.
