Located within Garrett County Maryland, the 365 acre Herrington Manor State Park is home to a 53 acre lake and offers a variety of facilities and recreational opportunities including swimming, boating (rowboats), canoes & paddle boats, tennis, volleyball, picnicking, log cabin rentals, fishing pier, and cross country ski trails.

Herrington Manor State Park is situated within Garrett State Forest, 5 miles northwest of Oakland Maryland, off US219.
