Pilot Mountain State Park
Located within Surry County and Yadkin County North Carolina, the 3,703 acre Pilot Mountain State Park offers a large variety of recreational opportunities including fishing, rock climbing, canoeing, camping, picnicking, hiking, and mountain biking. To reach Pilot Mountain State Park from US 52, take the Pilot Mountain State Park exit and travel west to the park office in the mountain section of the park.
To reach the river section of Pilot Mountain State Park from East Bend North Carolina, turn right onto Fairground Road from Main Street. Continue along Fairground Road to Shady Grove Church Road and turn right. Travel along Shady Grove Church Road to the park.
