| Located within
Crawford Notch State Park, Elephant Head Spur is a short, easy trail
which begins off the Webster-Jackson Trail and travels to the top of the
Elephant Head rock profile along the east side of the Gateway to the Notch.
Beginning on the Webster-Jackson Trail, travel 0.1 mile and turn at the sign
onto Elephant Head Spur which is marked with a blue blaze.
To reach Crawford Notch State Park from I-95, take Route 16 north to
Route 302 west. Continue along Route 302, following signs to Crawford
Notch State Park. |
