Cascade Trail
Located within Bear Brook State Park, Cascade Trail begins with a short wooden staircase from One-Mile Road before becoming a narrow trail traveling parallel to Catamount Brook, which eventually crosses the brook, becoming rocky and traveling up & down hills. Cascade Trail is rated moderate to difficult. To reach Bear Brook State Park from I-95, take Route 4 to Route 28 South and follow signs.
