Cochrans Falls, Dawson County Georgia Waterfalls

Accessible by traveling along the Len Foote Trail from the Amicalola Falls parking lot for about 3.2 miles, Cochrans Falls then requires about another mile of bushwacking to reach. This rugged and steep travel is not recommended.

Another route to Cochrans Falls from Dahlonega Georgia is to travel west along GA 52 to the second entrance to Wesley Chapel Road and turn right. Continue along Wesley Chapel Road for 0.8 miles and turn left onto Roy Porter Road. Travel 1.2 miles along Roy Porter Road and turn left onto Blackhawk Road. Continue along Blackhawk Road, fording the creek 2 times during the next 0.6 miles. Park somewhere along this road and begin your bushwacking hike.
