Located within Logan County Arkansas, and surrounded by the Ozark National Forest, Mount Magazine State Park, at an elevation of 2,753' is the highest point in Arkansas. The 2,234 acre Mount Magazine State Park offers a large variety of recreational opportunities including rappelling and rock climbing on 200-foot high bluffs, hang gliding, camping, hiking trails, bike trails, OHV trails and horseback riding trails.

A lodge and restaurant are also available within Mount Magazine State Park as are cabin rentals, picnicking and camping.

Mount Magazine State Park is located on Scenic Highway 309, 16 miles south of Paris Arkansas, or 10 miles north of Havana Arkansas.
