Washington County Arkansas Horse Trails

Located within
Devil's Den State Park, the 5 mile Old Road Trail is the easiest
of Devil's Den State Park's horse trails. Beginning across AR
220 from the horse camp, Old Road Trail follows the original
route of Highway 170 and is marked with yellow signs.
Available for hiking, biking and horseback riding, Old
Road Trail is the only horse trail which is entirely within the park
boundary.
To reach Devil's Den State Park from I-540, 8 miles south of
Fayetteville Arkansas, take exit 52, AR 170 at West Fork and travel 17
miles to the park.
From I-540 near Winslow, take AR 74 (exit 45) and travel 7 miles west
to Devil's Den State Park.
