Edgar Evins State Park
The park has 60 campsites for year round tent and trailer camping.
These platform-type sites are built around the slopes of Center Hill
Lake and are equipped with a table, grill, water, fire rings and
electrical hookups. Three modern bathhouses are located within the
campground. Sites are available only on a first-come, first served basis
and maximum stay limit is two weeks. Campsites are built on steel and
concrete reinforced platforms with wooden 6 x 6 decking. They are
designed to hold a 30 foot camper or a cabin tent. All sites have 20 and
30 amp service. Approximately 10 sites have 20, 30 and 50 amp. service. |

Directions:
The park is located 20 miles north of Smithville, 20 miles
west of Cookeville and 60 miles east of Nashville. It is easily accessible
from I-40 at exit 268 at State Hwy. 96 and Center Hill Lake.
