Arapahoe County Colorado Bike Trails

Chatfield Dam Bike Trail

Located within Chatfield State Park, Chatfield Dam Trail is 2.7 miles long (2.4 miles paved & 0.3 miles unpaved) and is rated as easy. The trailhead is located at the Dam overlook parking lot. Connecting trails include the Highline Canal Trail, Columbine Trail and the Centennial Trail. Chatfield Dam Trail is available to hikers and bikers, and is ADA accessible.

To reach Chatfield State Park from Denver, travel south on Wadsworth Blvd (Colorado Highway 121) past C-470 and turn into the Park at the Deer Creek entrance.
