White River National Forest
Available for Hiking, and Horseback Riding,
the 2.7 mile Skinny Fish/McGinnis Trail leaves Skinny Fish Trailhead &
climbs steeply for the first mile before entering a relatively flat
meadow. One mile from the trailhead Lost
Lakes Trail #1812 branches to the left. The trail follows Skinny
Fish Creek for 1 mile to where McGinnis Lake Trail branches to the east.
Skinny Fish Trail continues 0.5 mile to Skinny Fish Lake while McGinnis
Trail travels 0.7 mile to McGinnis Lake.
