Ouray County
Known as one of the nation's most accessible recreation areas for
people with disabilities, Ridgway State Park offers views of the towering
Sneffels Range and a variety of recreational opportunities including
hiking, swimming, windsurfing, water-skiing, scuba diving, and camping.
To reach Ridgway State Park travel along US 550 south of Montrose for 22
miles to the park entrance.
