The Bald River Trail, which is a Monroe County Tennessee Hiking Trail, is an easy drive from Murphy, North Carolina in Cherokee County.

Bald River Trail

Pets must be restrained or on a leash at all times while in developed recreation areas.

Monroe County, Tennessee

Length: 5.5  miles
Rating: Easy

Begins at Bald River Falls (FS #210) and follows Bald River to Bald River Road (FS #126). Trailhead parking is available. Some dispersed camping is also available along the trail.

Directions:

Start out going Northeast on US-411. Turn Right onto TN-310. TN-310 becomes TN-39. Turn Right onto TN-68. Turn Left onto TN-165.
