National Forest, The Robinson Trail leads to a dock and fishing pier
on Balsam Lake and is accessible to people with disabilities.
Directions:
To reach Balsam Lake Lodge from Sylva North Carolina travel south (or
north from Cashiers North Carolina) along NC 107 to the Tuckaseegee Post
Office, turn east onto NC 281. Continue 9.2 miles along NC 281 to Little
Canada. Turn left onto SR 1756 (Charlie's Creek Road) and travel 5.0 miles
to the lodge.
