Greenbrier State Forest
Length: 1.5 miles
Rating: Moderate
Beginning in the field just south of the campground, this trail meanders
through the forest, oil fields and old logging roads, before it ends near
Picnic Shelter II. A good
trail for seeing deer and other wildlife.
Directions:
Greenbrier State Forest is located in southeastern West Virginia, near
Lewisburg and White Sulphur Springs. From Interstate 64 east or west, take
Exit 175 (White Sulphur Springs) and follow signs 1 1/2 miles to the
forest. |
