Pinnacle Rock State Park
Length: 0.7 miles
Beginning near the employees’ parking area at the Canyon Rim Center, this
steep trail descends 500 feet
to Heritage Point, a massive sandstone outcropping.
The overlook offers an excellent view of the Bluestone River Gorge
and Mountain Creek Lodge.
Directions:
From I-77 go west on 460 to Bluefield and northwest
on Rt. 52 near Bramwell in southern West Virginia.
