About 3 miles of hiking trails are available within Clayton Lake State Park. These trails are rated from easy to moderate and includes Shady Ridge Trail. To reach Claytor Lake State Park from I-81, exit 101 (Claytor Lake) to State Park Road (VA 660). Continue along VA 660 to it's end at the park entrance.
