Great Falls National Park

The 800 acre Great Falls Park is part of the George Washington Memorial Parkway along the Potomac River, 14 miles upriver from Washington D.C.

Directions:

To reach Great Falls Park from I-495, exit 44, Route 193 (Georgetown Pike), follow 193 west about 4.5 miles and turn right onto Old Dominion Drive. Continue 1 mile to entrance station.

Great Falls Park is located Virginia, but is being included here because Montgomery County Maryland is across the river.
