the 4,127 acre Babcock State Park is situated along the New River
Gorge in the heart of whitewater rafting area. Home to Glade Creek Grist
Mill, one of the most photographed tourist sites in West Virginia,
Babcock State Park offers a large variety of amenities and recreational
opportunities including: camping, cabin rentals, hiking, basketball
court, tennis court, volleyball court, horseshoe pit, gift shop,
fishing, and picnicking.
