mile (Red Rock Trailhead to Lefthand Park Reservoir) Lefthand Park
Reservoir Road turns off to the south just before
Brainard Lake Road
winter closure. Traveling uphill along a winding roadbed, Lefthand Park
Reservoir Road passes a cutoff to the right (north) in 0.3 miles which
leads to the CMC Trail. At the top of the
hill past the bridge, the road forks to the right (south) where Little
Raven Trail goes downhill to the left (north). The next mile is nearly
level. Little Raven Trail turns right (north) in the middle of this
stretch to reach Brainard Lake.
