Yadkin Islands Trail

Located within Pilot Mountain State Park, the 5 mile Yadkin Islands Trail is rated moderate as it crosses the Yadkin River 3 times and travels around the 2 islands.

To reach Pilot Mountain State Park river section from East Bend North Carolina, turn right onto Fairground Road from Main Street. Continue along Fairground Road to Shady Grove Church Road and turn right. Travel along Shady Grove Church Road to the park.
