National Park, the 1.0 mile (round-trip) Nordenskiold Site No. 16 Trail
travels to an overlook of Nordenskiold Site No. 16. Due to the 2000 Pony
Fire, no shade is available along this trail.
Mesa Verde National Park Headquarters is about a 1 hour drive east of
Cortez Colorado along Highway 160, and about a 1.5 hour drive west from
Durango Colorado along Highway 160.
